While working as a freelance consultant attached to different companies, I started a blog to share my experiences, and maybe even inspire young minds who have found their calling in Digital Marketing. This was my way of reporting from the trenches.

I had immense fun helping entrepreneurs and startups grow their business using digital marketing best practices and techniques. I realised this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. The best way to do this was to start delivering these services as an Entrepreneur.

As The ‘Digital’ Go To Guy I now advise companies on Go To Market Strategy, Lead Generation, PR, Media Planning and CRM.

Worked closely with the Google Play Editorial team to get our mobile game called ‘Delta T’ featured in the “Early Access” section on the play store globally.

Implemented bootstrapped marketing techniques to launch DELTA T mobile app on a global scale. Currently being played in over 180 countries.

Represented Empower Labs as the company spokesperson at Global Technology and Gaming Conferences to scout for partners and investors. Secured $850,000 in Pre-series A funding from leading investors in the United States. Invited as a Speaker at Gaming for Tomorrow Conference.

Led PR initiatives for Empower Labs and Delta T – received coverage from leading global media publications like Venture Beat, GQ, Entrepreneur, VCCircle and Economic Times.

Increased ARPU by 24%, conversion by 32% and retention by 12% via new features, game-economy balancing, ASO, UX and dynamic pricing experiments.

DIVISIONAL HEAD – MARKETING | NOV’11- DEC’15

Initially hired as Head of Marketing for their domestic Online Rummy business – ClassicRummy.com. Achieved 5X revenue growth in the first 2 years and positioned Classic Rummy as India’s 1st multi-lingual online rummy portal.

Promoted to Divisional Head Marketing to lead their international marketing efforts for their all 3 business verticals – Rummy, Bingo and Casino. I took up the challenge and built a strong marketing and branding team scaling from 4 to 20 members in 3 cities.

Grew company revenue by 400% in 3 years and was responsible for top line growth & P&L for a $25 Million business portfolio.

ASST. GENERAL MANAGER | OCT’10 – OCT’11

Led a 5 member sales team responsible for conceptualizing and executing tailored digital marketing solutions for MNCs like Apple, Colgate, RIM, ICICI Prudential and Tata Motors.

Ideated & launched an SMS and Voice based product ‘90ML’ (90 days of Mobile Linkage), a custom made B2B product for enterprises to engage with prospects over mobile.
